I had a skyline view but the river view must be much nicer judging by the top floor conference suite. From the moment we stepped into the Bonita Springs store, we had a very pleasant experience. Our first and most recent contact, Julie M., was exceptional with her guidance, selection process, and followup after the install. Impressive was her ability to insure we had our install completed promptly due to our tight schedule. The subcontractor Taylor Carpet used was terrible. However, when I took my concerns and pictures to Taylor Carpet they made it right.

The installation crew was very professional and competent. I had an excellent experience with Taylor Carpet One. I would highly recommend them, and suggest you seek out Bill Herman, who was my salesperson. His knowledge, patience, and customer service was extraordinary.

This was the third time I had used them in two years and I have always been pleased. If you don't love your floors, we'll replace them for free with the Beautiful Guarantee®. I specifically wanted to stay at this hotel as staff from other companies in our group had also booked the same hotel. The hotel restaurant had very nice food indeed and the waiting staff went out of their way to help you. The exhibition develops on 4 levels; gound floor is dedicated to sustainable and livable buildings.

Also, we were satisfied and happy with Luis & Manuel who installed our carpet. Conscientious and careful in moving furniture in and out of rooms and we were impressed with their skill in laying the carpet.

The mats were never made and the explanation for this was the extra carpet was "shredded " when main piece of carpet was installed . Other than this issue carpet looks very nice . The museum is small and starts a little underwhelmingly but increases in interest as you move through it. The first two floors were given over to an exhibition on franco-german architecture in the 19th and 20th century, which was quite dry. It was however well set out and very informative for me . The next floor contained something like 20 models tracking the development of architecture from 5,000 BC or so.
Changing exhibits are interesting and the main collection includes some great pieces. There was only one floor of the museum open when I visited. The part that I saw was interesting, particularly how they designed a couple of the skyscrapers in Frankfurt. I would recommend your company to family and friends .
The top floor contained an interesting exhibition of new Brazilian architects' work. You can buy a 2 day pass to see all of the Museums along the river for 21 Euros. Very professional and high quality product and installation.
