The gentlemen who did the carpet installation, Miguel and Carlos, were polite, professional, and efficient. Overall, we were very satisfied with all aspects regarding the selection and installation. Having booked a room in July for myself and my team for a conference in November. They cancel the booking 3 days before the arrival day stating that they had made an error.

Savings so big, You won't go wrong with a waterproof faux wood floor! The best thing is breakfast, anything you want, you will find it but, a bit over priced. Location is good, try yo stay on river side. The lobby area is large and welcoming with the bellmen offering to help with suitcases. Friendly check in staff and a concierge who was very helpful.

The projects and the pIctures are very clear and understandable. What is attractive is that there are 4 or 5 more museums on this "Museumufer" (Main-river bank). And also it is nice to walk near the Main-river. We use dedicated people and clever technology to safeguard our platform. The installers were efficient and did a great job start to finish. Extra carpeting was supposed to be made into floor mats / this was explained very clearly and written up on the work order .

I specifically wanted to stay at this hotel as staff from other companies in our group had also booked the same hotel. The hotel restaurant had very nice food indeed and the waiting staff went out of their way to help you. The exhibition develops on 4 levels; gound floor is dedicated to sustainable and livable buildings.
